One of the biggest problems with having long hair is getting bored with the same old style. If your in need of something new and fresh try out what the stars are strutting in the parks as well as red carpet!
The biggest complaint my clients make is having frizzy hair. Frizz can come from a variety of issues but for now, being as its winter, my quick fix solution is LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER! If you have fine hair that gets easily weighed down I recommend using a light weight spray-in conditioner. Thicker hair may want something more aggressive like a cream based leave-in. As most people begin with the hustle and bustle of prepping for the holidays, take some time for yourself before its too late. With all the parties and visiting you want to look your best so start dressing yourself from head to toe with getting your hair done. 
(Maybe by Michelle at L’Atelier in Yaletown?) I want to start by saying that with the times changing there has definitely been a change in hair from the traditional up-do’s. You may never know what to expect from the weather so my advice for the season styles is make sure you have a gorgeous cut and color that is stylish enough to be worn on its own. Don’t be fussing on the dance floor with loosing bobby-pins and having hairs out of place. Style your hair with a sleek blow-out or a loose curl pattern so that even if it falls it wont be the end of the world (or your night)!
p.s. It wouldn’t hurt to carry a comb and light travel size hairspray in your clutch either...
